Why I am Hosting a Fall Retreat
I’m hosting a fall retreat because I know what it feels like to need a pause.
Not a quick break.
A real pause.
A weekend away from the normal routine. A chance to breathe, move, rest, eat good food, sit around the fire, and remember yourself again.
That’s what I want this retreat to feel like.
Yoga, restorative rest, an aerial sound bath, quiet moments, connection, and space to just be.
And now we’re getting to the fun part — food taste testing is coming up.
I want the food to feel like part of the retreat too. Simple, nourishing, seasonal, and good. The kind of food that makes you feel taken care of.
This retreat isn’t about being perfect at yoga or having everything together.
It’s about stepping away long enough to breathe again.
Question:
When was the last time you gave yourself permission to pause?
